Açıklaması: Reworked so actresses names are easier to read. Thank you to those who rated the first rendering! I'm obsessed with collecting images of actresses portraying Cleopatra so I hope you enjoy this. Included in chronological order are: Sarah Bernhardt, Lillie Langtry, Constance Collier, Fanny Davenport, Theda Bara, Dorothy Devore, Mary Miles Minter, Jane Cowl, Evelyn Laye, Helen Hayes, Evelyn Nofe, Claudette Colbert, Vivien Leigh, Peggy Ashcroft, Rhonda Fleming, Sophia Loren, Elizabeth Taylor, Leonor Varela, Monica Bellucci, and Lyndsey Marshal. Set to the theme from the fantastic HBO series Rome. Added June 20: dreamer messaged me that Katherine Hepburn also portrayed Cleopatra in the American Shakespeare Festival production of Anthony and Cleopatra in 1960. How I wish I could have included her but I only had one poor image. Thanks to dreamer I now have several gorgeous color images. Thank you!!! Also not included due to poor images were Helen Gardner (1912), Madeline Roach (1910), Tallulah Bankhead (1937), and others who were too silly or otherwise to include: Amanda Barrie, June Palmer, and Paz Vega.
